Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund eligibility is determined at CartersLog's sole discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy.
